Heads up: I bought a pair of H-Wood in size 12. I wear size 12 in pretty much anything; dress shoes, Nike, Volleys. The size 12 was way too small, returned for a 13 and they only just fit.

Just bought 2 pairs of shoes and was charged $7.95 to pick up from ParcelPoint even though their website says that it's free. I'm e-mailing them to let them know about this so if anyone else was charged, let them know as well.
Selecting ParcelPoint option does't means that delivery is free. It says something like "Free of Cost" which means if you think you are not at home when things arrive and you want them to deliver somewhere else (for you to collect it afterwards from that nearby place who are having partnership with ParcelPoint) that would be at free of cost. Hope that helps you to understand the concept.
Hmm just had a look at their website. I only looked at the FAQ which states "ParcelPoint is a free service for ICONIC customers, if you collect your order within the first 7 days of it arriving. However, if you collect your order after this time, you will be charged a fee of $2.95 at the ParcelPoint store." I took that to mean free shipping, which is an easy mistake to make. Their shipping policy page though states that I was charged correctly.

I bought a pair of Urge Shoes. Withing 6 hours the pleather was peeling off the toe of the shoe after going out in the rain.
