    Do these meet the ANZ standard for sunglasses? How can i be sure they wont let in too much light and damage my eyes?

      We dont have the ANZ standard here but it is polarized and can protect your eyes from too much strong sun light:)

          You've made me go and search for AS/NZS 1067, and wikipedia says it actually has 4 levels, which I didn't know.
          The lowest, 0, probably doesn't stop the "harmful radiation slowly burning your retinas out" either.

          Interesting that Australia was the first country in the world to implement a standard though!

    I plan to buy a pair for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day, problem is she has a massive schnoz. It's more like a sail than a nose. These don't seem to have much of a nose gap and would appear to suit someone who's had a major beak reduction. Rep, do you think I should take the risk?

      Surely the solution is to chop a 'notch' into the Mother-in-Law's schnoz. If we can get the sizing from the rep on the width of the glasses you should be able to consult your surgeon and have the 'notch' prepared prior to the glasses arriving in the post!

          please tell me why my vote is unreasonable? as i have already said in my original comment i find these glasses to be highly dangerous to peoples eyes and could cause serious and unrepairable damage to there eye sight. i beleive this falls under the voting guidelines taken from the site rules here
