  Yay, a cheap set to replace our crappy colouful ScanPan knives that add lovely flakes of paint to our meals :) Nice work OP and thanks for the mini-review michins. Just wondering though, how long have you had them and do you sharpen your set?

word of warning: the global ikasu knife block (on which this is a copy) is sketchy in build quality, in terms of the perspex panels falling out…so i'd shudder to think of the build quality of this knock off block!

having said that, it would be simple enough to glue the sides back in, i would think (I haven't bothered doing this yet - i just never move it!).
