    No deal.

    • no longer available…

      • A slight oversight. Neg revoked.

    • With listings of those sort, they can be a little scrupulous. Also the fact that there seems to be no mention of the products genuine or parallel origin can raise some alarms.

      -Amanda

  • +2

Are these local AU stock or parallel imports from SE asia etc?

  • They are Australian stock which means quality wise it differs quit a bit compared to normal parallel imported items.
They are the same quality & origin as you would see in your local supermarket like woolies etc.

    -Amanda

    • Thanks rep, good job with the speedy replies. Purchased!

    • See my comment below, but these are definitely not the au packaging I have seen in store/or shown on your website.

  • So are these marked by Australian distributor on physical packaging? Are they sourced through official channels, which I believe are Proctor and Gamble?

  • Although I cannot go into specifics about distributors I can tell you that they are sourced through one of the Proctor and Gamble distributors in NSW.

    Regards,

    -Amanda

    • Ok so then the packaging would be marked with Proctor and Gambles details since your distributor has sourced from them wouldn't they?

      • Yes that's correct.

        -Amanda

  • Can't check out as voucher code says "already been used".

    • The voucher was set to a limit of 15 customers but they were already used in a few minutes. Anyway the limit has been increased, if you try going through the checkout process again it should work.

      -Amanda

      • Thanks ordered.

  • Professional Care 500 not listed as compatible, but can I assume they are?

what are your thoughts on this post.

Poster says your toothbrush heads are fake.

    • +2

Would be nice to know if these are fake or not.

      • I can give you my personal assurance that they are 100% genuine. There also seem to be quit a few guide online which help users distinguish between genuine & non genuine Oral b toothbrush heads, so when you do receive them you would be able to see for yourself.

        Regards,

        -Amanda

Interesting find. Don't think I'll risk it now.

    • For the specific product "Oral b precision clean" we did have a problem with local supplier in which the products deemed Australian stock turned out to be quit low quality parallel stock. About 12 customers were effected before we were alerted, all of the customers who were effected were either refunded or waited for the normal Australian stock to come in & be sent as a replacement.

If I remember correctly, catchoftheday were also in a similar situation not too long ago.

      Regards,

      -Amanda

  • I bought 10 heads in shaver shop. Costs 40 bucks. And they are also selling IQ5000 tooth brush in $99.

  • How do these compare to Floss Action heads?

    • for rep responsiveness
  • Hi Amanda,
Wish to buy 2 packs but cannot create an account. Site keep rejecting my email. Tried my internode, Hotmail and Gmail account. All 3 get error message. Cannot purchase as guest on site or directly through PayPal. This is a bit frustrating.

    • Would you be able to try signing up via a different browser & see if that would have any positive results for you?

If your still have problems let me know so I can email our web developer while his still at work.

      -Amanda

  • I'm a bit weary of purchasing, the last deal you had here
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/186354

A lot of people commented that you guys sold them fakes?

    • Yes, Please confirm packets have …..Procter and Gamble and have the Australian address details? If so I will purchase.
Also , why has paypal payment method been removed?

    • Hi,

As noted above we did have problems with the "Oral b precision clean" range due to a local supplier. Although all the customers who reported problems were compensated via a refund or correct replacement was sent I was not able to respond to the comments in the thread before the commenting section was closed.

      Regards,

      -Amanda

      • I have re-opened commenting on that deal for you. In future simply click on the 'report' link for any deal and moderators can re-open it for you.

Edit: Could you also kindly respond to a query sent to you via private messaging. Thanks.

        • Thanks for that.

        • @AmandaH1982: I would like you to contact me regarding my refund / replacement please.

  • I bought these from them last time, and they are 100% legit. Very happy with the quality.

  • Looks like a good deal.
    Ordered, thanks!

  • any deals on precision heads?

    • Hopefully next week Monday or Tuesday a deal will be posted on the "Precision Clean" range we stock.

      -Amanda

  • I would like my refund for the previous deal please. Mine were FAKE.

    • Hi,

I do apologize for the delayed response, For the specific product "Oral b precision clean" we did have a problem with local supplier in which the products deemed Australian stock turned out to be quit low quality parallel stock not fakes(there is a difference). There are many ways to distinguish between a genuine & non genuine toothbrush head the main being a small serial number imbedded between a slit on the back side of the toothbrush head. But what you did receive was not the Australia stock we normally have so I do sincerely apologize for that.

I have further replied to you via private message in what you would prefer best, a refund or replacement for the correct order.

      Best regards,

      -Amanda

  • Is this better than the colgate 360 that woolies/coles sometimes have at half price on the 2-pack for about $4.50 (i.e. just over $2 each)?

  • is there any more "Oral B Braun Precision Clean V2 Toothbrush Head" available? I would like to get 2 packs for $19

  • +3

Well I got mine today and these are definitely not the au version packaging.
Anyone care to comment on this?

    • +4

I just got mine too and I'm with you, these have got the foreign writing on them just like the fakes of the precision clean brush heads. The labels have got a poor quality 'washed-off' colour on them compared to the vibrant 'darker' colours of the originals from Coles/Woolies. Looking at the pics on the link to the product page, it is also different to the pic of the packaging on the ones I've received.

@AmandaH1982: So what's the process with returning these if they're not as per what was advertised? its mentioned on your site that return shipping is at the buyer's expense but I wouldn't be happy to do this when what's sold to me is not what I was intending to purchase.

      • it's actually illegal to post fakes through the post. So if these are fake and not genuine ones then we don't have to post them back. They just have to be destroyed. I defintely won't be using them if they're fake. If they're german made imports then I would consider keeping them but this is not inline with what Amanda has been telling us. Will contact bank for a charge back if i don't hear a response soon.

Also, funny how the rep was so responsive presale and now not so responsive?? would be good to hear back.

For reference these are the packs we received (scroll to the packaging picture):

        http://www.amazon.de/Braun-Oral-B-TriZone-Aufsteckb%C3%BCrst…

        • I agree, let's give AmandaH some time to respond here or in PM, otherwise I will try to contact them via their website for an explanation and follow up.

        • @blahoz:

          Hi,

To those concerned that the toothbrush heads are not of genuine nature, that is not possible as these have been sourced directly from a "Procter and Gamble" distributor here in Australia in which they are licensed to distribute Oral B merchandise.

We did have a problem with the "precision clean" range but they were sourced from a completely different distributor & we have since rectified the problems we had with that particular distributor/wholesaler.

But If for whatever reason there are people who have made their order & are unhappy with it & would like a refund you can contact us via the website contact form or send us an email at " [email protected] " with your order reference(for example "ETYXGSMGI" & a reply will be sent asap regarding refund procedure, returning the products etc.

I do apologize that I did not keep track of the comments here in the following days after the ad was posted as I would have been able to reply earlier.

If there are any other comments or questions please let me know or email us any time at " [email protected] ".

          Best regards,

          -Amanda

        • +2

          @AmandaH1982:

Hi Amanda, Thanks for the reply. Whilst I do not want to dispute the fact that these were sourced directly from a P&G official distributor, they still have the 'telltale' non-genuine markings of poor worksmanship on the outer packaging itself, which is what is very much doubting me most on opening these and actually using one.

Regardless though, the point I'm trying to make is that the items that I think I've received(imported? ie. German writing? never seen sold at major supermarkets) is not what I expected to receive (AU Stock - writing in English only as per ones sold at major supermarkets and as per the pic on your webiste). With this in mind and the feeling of being somehow duped, it doesn't sound fair to me that I should pay the return postage price even though you are promising a refund. Is this something that you can assist with please?

        • +2

I'm 100% not returning these items and I expect a refund. If you lie to me about the product, don't expect your stock back at my expense or effort. I'm discarding these and claiming a charge back.
It was asked multiple times if these are aus stock and you are still claiming they are. There is no way these would be sold in AU. The quality is no where near AU stock.

  • Just got mine as well and same issue. Not as advertised, and pretty sure they are fakes. Colours are washed out and the bristles don't look right.

I bought mine as well based off the comments and assurance of the rep.

Will be watching this space and probably contacting 123deals at some point in time.

    • I wouldn't be too concerned if they're originals from Germany, but after all the assurances if these end up being fake that will be really disappointing. Mods should consider banning 123deals. Anyone opened them up to have a look? apparrently there are some easy tells if they're fake (indentations rather than raised bits, serial numbers missing on the heads etc).

this seller also seems to be selling these packs and claims they are AUS sourced:
      http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Oral-B-Pro-Trizone-Electric-Tooth…

strange, as I've never seen these packs in store.

  • Got mine today too and they seem fake. The colors looked washed out. I'd like a refund rep.

    • I've got to agree, look like fakes to me and certainly disappointed. Moderator should seriously consider banning 123deals given the lies as these are not AU stock and more disturbingly fakes. Will be seeking a refund.

  • OP has posted a different deal yesterday (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/193796) so she's still active plus account status seems to show she is currently online. I've posted on the other deal asking her to check on this thread and possibly comment on our queries. Here's waiting for a response.

    • yep, I also PM'd her to ask for a response. Poor form.

  • I also received it and they are Clearly fake. Not recommending at ALL

I've emailed the above address but have had no response, not recommended should have avoided due to no paypal
It was easy to scratch the oral b logo off on the precision clean heads and the trizone heads which is one of the indicators it is fake.
my original heads are glossy and it is hard to scratch off the logo.

        • I've also submitted a refund request through their website but have had no response.

Thanks for testing that out for us anyway as it is now pretty clear that these are most likely not genuine.

        • +1

@blahoz: also noticed the ones in store have a serial number under the base of head (bristle side). Another sign these are fake. Fakes never have the numbers on the head.

        • @poop:

Thanks for the info mate. I actually went to the Coles yesterday wanting to do a quick visual comparison on the bristles as I havent got one on hand, but cannot locate any in stock. Not sure if they ran out or do they not stock the item anymore. Please let me know how you go with the charge back via your CC company if you go down that path.

        • @blahoz: they had heaps at priceline. I think I might buy some just to compare. The bristles also look a lot more tightly packed.

    • @eaddd87 Why do you say they are "Clearly fake"?
I just received mine and they look OK.

      • +2

@Check I did not receive the package that was advertised in the web site (http://123deals.com.au/oral-b-trizone/12-oral-b-trizone-elec…) Instead the package I receive has foreign letters on both sides and I do not want to open and check (same as mentioned by @poop and @blahoz above). Only reason I bought is that the OP has confirmed over and over that this is AU stock with AU packaging and here comes the cheap looking package. That is why I have already sent a PM to @AmandaH1982 with my order reference for a refund. Still waiting for a reply

  • just received mine today in the post as well. i cant really tell if they are fake or not but if they are fake they look pretty good.

However the OP has faulsy advertised that it is a direct product from Australia. Looks like its from some other country, obviously with the foriegn language on it.

As long as its real from any other country im not fussed but im not sure if they are real or not…. packaging looks fake but the actual tooth head looks pretty well, only way to know is use it and see how long it last for.

  • I picked up a 2 pack in store yesterday for $7.99

has anyone received a reply yet from 123deals or Amanda? I sent an query through their website last week and have yet to receive a response even though on their main page they mentioned "MSGs will be answered within 48hrs". I have now negged this deal and will not deal with 123deals in the future and will be looking at processing a charge back via my CC company if I still don't hear back by the end of today.

    • no reply either. I'd just go ahead with charge back. I can see why they didn't accept paypal now.

    • haven't heard anything still

  • can someone point me on how to get chargeback? will now neg this deal as well as asusme its fake

    • +1

You need to contact your CC company, explain that you've purchased the brush-heads under the notion that they're genuine, local stock as per ones sold at supermarkets based on the seller's confirmations however the products that you've received seem to be showing product of an inferior quality both on the packaging and on the brush heads themselves, indicating that they could be non-genuine/counterfeit, hence your request for a chargeback. Not sure if you've tried contacting the OP/selling company via the email/web to rectify the situation, which I have, but to no response thus far.

      • hey mate, yeah i have tried contacting and no response. ill try that tonight. thanks

  • Fakes!
Contacted rep. No response from Amanda.

    Bad, very bad.

  • Contacted credit card company. Had to phone them, but easy - told him:

    a) goods were received but are fake
    b) I had contacted seller but she was unresponsive.

That's it, easy. He said they will refund in 30 days.

    • Did the same but my cc company wants "proof from an expert in the field written on their letterhead" that items weren't as described?? Any suggestions?

      • That would probably cost. Seems unreasonable.

        Maybe this will help:
        http://www.ebay.com.au/gds/Guide-to-Oral-B-toothbrush-heads-…

        • That was exactly my thought. I'll direct them to the link above and provide some photos of my own. Hope they accept that as evidence.

Hope we get our refunds back soon. Thanks check!

        • @nickxau: which bank are you with? seems like a lot of work for a simple claim.

        • @poop:

I used my CBA issued CC for the purchase and have been asked to provide the same. I called them up and described how ridiculous it sounded as I've never heard of an "expert in the field on brush heads". I called up P&G's customer service line as well as emailed them on the issue but they cannot advise anything on how to spot non-genuine products so this would've been as close as an 'expert's opinion' had it been successful. In the end I typed up a 2-page letter of description with multiple references to pdf copies of emails, this thread, etc advising on what I've done on my part and sent it through to them so now I'm just waiting for a response and hopefully a refund.

I'm also curious if nickxau's CC company is also with CBA hence the similar request.

@poop: how about yours? did you get any request for additional info for your charge back?

        • @blahoz: I purchased on a citibank card, they refunded me on the spot but then sent through a form I had to fill out. They then make their decision in the next 30 or days and advise me of the outcome. If it goes through I keep the credit they reversed. If they decline the claim they'll reverse the credit.
So far haven't heard anything back.
Very surprised CBA etc are asking for proof, wouldn't the onus be on the provider to prove they are genuine?

        • @poop:

This is the first time I've had to raise a charge back with CBA actually so their 'methods' kind of surprised me as well. It definitely didn't show that they are on the side of 'protecting' the customers based what they're requesting. I would agree with you though, I was told on my call with them when I made the claim for a chargeback that their 'investigators' will be working on it and even though I offered to give the URL to this thread, the guys said no need as they can get to the bottom of it themselves, which I thought would be more in the line of them seeking clarifications from the vendor/seller.

sounds like its citibank 1, CBA 0 in this regards.

        • Hi guys, yes my CC company is also the CBA hence all these hoops I gotta jump through. When I called up their CS team I was given the impression that they were going to sort out this matter for me as well but their request for an expert evaluation just seems unreasonable.

        • @nickxau:

Would you mind posting if/when you get your charge back completed please? I'll also make sure I let you know what happens with mine. I was told it can take up to 45 days from when I raised the claim 2 weeks ago.

        • +1

          @blahoz:
Yeah no worries. I'll be submitting all my paperwork today so we'll see what happens…

        • @nickxau: good luck all. 123deals should really be banned from ozbargain. Can we make this happen?

        • @poop:

Thanks mate. they are actually indefinitely banned now https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/123deals.com.au
