I looked at this as it's significantly cheaper than what I'm currently paying, but things don't add up.
They are using unlicensed/torrented versions of their billing software, making it open to viruses and hacking:

Their excessive use of CloudFlare makes it almost impossible to work out which datacentre is being used, whether it is running off virtual environments etc.
Make of this what you will- even for $3, I won't be taking the risk, though.
Upon looking further, their sole trader ABN was cancelled in Feb this year:

The WHMCS Software we are currently using is licensed. We have contacted them about the domain situation.
We are currently hosted in Equinix SYD3 which is located in Sydney and we use our own Hardware.

I reported your domain using the WHMCS domain checker so I'll see what they have to say.
I'm not jumping to any confusions here, but I'm sure buyers can make a decision based on this.
Can I ask which upstream providers you use? Can you provide a test IP?
If you look up the domain now it should be Authorised or whatever. If you contact our livechat they can provide you with a Test Server
Looking at reviews online, it's obvious the owner made a heap of fake ones.

All 5/5, all at around the same time, all with the same tone and most sounding like they were straight from an advertisement.
Anybody going to these lengths will most certainly be peddling a crap product.
