Logitech M557 Bluetooth Mouse (Grey) - $31.20, Was $49 @ JB Hi-Fi ($29.64 with Officeworks Pricematch)

50

Not quite as cheap as this deal for this mouse in January, but $17.80 (~36%) off a $49 mouse is a bargain in my books. Officeworks were happy to pricematch their $49.95 ticket price taking the price down to $29.64, or a ~41% discount.

As with most Logitech products this Bluetooth mouse is a fairly well made device and is pretty comfy to use (in Windows 8), certainly better than the Microsoft Sculpt mouse I had the displeasure of using.

Upon a quick check around Melbourne, all JB Hi-Fi stores had stock whilst Officeworks stores were a mixed bag showing "limited" for many locations.

    • Looks like it will be rare to find one in stores though.

@mlb: price went back up last night.

        • @trumpedupm, dammed missed it :(. It would have been a great bargain.

        • @mlb: It was $18.20 but I couldnt see the option for click and collect… so you could only get it delivered which cost $18.20 + $7.95 delivery.

        • @mlb: all good. I'm using the mouse now and i'm not impressed. Feels plasticy, click, clunky scrolling and feels really light. I want to return it. Does anyone know if you get your shipping money back?

  • Do these things need a proprietary USB dongle or if you have Bluetooth built into your laptop can you just pair it straight to that?

No dongle comes with it, not needed.

      Proof:
"Compatible with: Bluetooth compatible laptop, tablet, smartphone" what phones have a usb port

      Just pair it and go.

  • I have one. Does not have free-spinning mouse wheel and will not connect with some older tablets such as HP Touochpad. Otherwise is pretty good.
