Netflix Credit Doesn't Show up on My Account

I got my Optus code for 3 months Netflix subscription as result of a deal posted here. I applied the code successfully but I don't see that reflected in my Netflix account. I have confirmed with Netflix cso and he confirmed credit has been applied. Today is my billing date and it seems that I don't get charged so I think this works.

But it would be nice to be able to see this i My Account. Is there a way to tell how much credit we have? Thanks.

    Yeah, mine too. Some backend error when retrieving account details but haven't been charged and I'm past the 1 month trial. Continues to be free.

  • I did the same thing. We had signed up for the free month trial and 1-2 days before expiry, my son got the 3mth netflix promo for purchasing the xbox one. I activated our code prior to expiry. My account details went from stating my bank account details to now saying "Sorry this doesn't look right…" And "No payment info" in the membership and info details. We're still using Netflix and haven't been charged anything.

    Ok … thanks for your responses. It seems it might be backend error that Netflix doesn't prioritise to fix?

    Netflix credit doesn't show up until the next billing cycle. When I first got netflix a few years ago, I would buy credit rather than use my CC (hiding being Australian). The credit didn't show up until after the last lot of credit showed up. It's a very strange system.
