I wouldn't trust any sites like this. Last time I went into a similar site for discounted Opal cards…lucky I didn't take the bait. Sites like this prey on people's greediness. If it's too good to be true it usually isn't true.
just the fact that i can see weebly in the url raises my suspicions. and the hotmail address. i would only buy from web sites with an established reputation
