It's only at this price because First Choice are running it as their main promotion over this weekend for 3 days only. Dan Murphy's always drop their price a little bit lower than their competitors big promotions to be anti-competitive or trolls or whatever. Either way, it makes it easier for the public to get their Oyster Bay for a cheaper price.
