  • OP can you do mixed reds deal please?

    • +4

@bhunter101 We can definitely look at putting together a mixed reds dozen. We're just finishing up a few bottlings, so I'll check what we have and work something out over the next week ….

Any particular styles you’re chasing? (Big Shiraz? Something softer with a splash of Cab or Grenache?) Cheers! RD

Any mixed reds are fine. Not a huge fan of Shiraz

@bhunter101 appreciate the quick reply! Noted on the Shiraz front (not my favorite variety either!)🍷 We'll work on pulling together a mixed reds dozen with a bit more variety :-)

          • @RD ADL: Hit me up with the mix as well

            • @Chimichanga: Thanks @Chimichanga — a mixed reds 12-pack is definitely on the cards đź‘€
Will pull together the best-value options. Should have something up soon. Thanks for the suggestion! RD :-)

  • this is one the fastest shiraz, vroooooom

@Hugh G Rection Haha love it, Hugh!
Fast out the gates and smooth on the finish - just how we like our Sundays! Cheers for the laugh! RD :-)

  • Edit: Just saw I needed to add the code at the bottom… oops. Would also be keen on mixed reds - the GSM and pinot noirs from here are excellent.

    • Thanks. Sorry just edited the post to put the code at the top too. Thanks for the heads up :-)

    • Thanks @G-rig! Always nice to see it getting some love over on Vivino too 🍷 Appreciate you sharing the link. Hope you enjoy the drop if you give it a whirl! RD :-)

  • Any wines I can store for 15 years that I can get cheap now

    • @diceman99 Great question! You’ll typically want to look for wines with good tannin structure, balanced acidity, and enough fruit weight to evolve. Wines like premium Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, or blends.

We’ve got a couple of reds with solid cellaring potential up to 10–15 years, even at bargain prices — like the current McLaren Vale Shiraz (93pts, Wine Pilot said 10–15 years). Might be worth grabbing a 12-pack to try a few now and tuck the rest away! Cheers! RD :-)

  • I missed out!
