  • I have also just noticed this change to the original listing on EBay.

Store Rep francesca2148 - Can you please explain this EBay listing change?

I paid for the Samsung 16GB micro SD Pro SDHC 90MB/s Class 10 card NOT a Samsung 16GB micro SD EVo SDHC 48MB/s Class 10 card.

I hope it's the right one otherwise there will be a lot of negative feedback on their e-bay account.

    • Same here. Sent an email to seller, awaiting reply.

      • +2

The seller confirmed that the dispatched one is a Pro version.

  • Same here they have changed my order to evo not pro….my ebay purchase confirmation email shiws the pro version. … they better send the pro or neg and will be returning to sender

        Hi Everyone,

        Sorry about the confusion.
Let me clarify this. We changed the listing after 12 hours of ending it (sold out).
Therefore, those orders for the pro version, will receive the pro version.

        Regards
        Francesca

        • Thank you. We were getting worried for a minute.

        • @Jase2801: Sorry :)

        • @francesca2148: Got mine today. Very quick posting. No need to be sorry :)Cheers

Got my Pro card today, that was quick posting by PCByte staff. My speeds using Kingston USB 3.0 hub and NEC USB 3.0 card on Win8 PC are as below.

    Sequential Read (Q= 32,T= 1) : 52.736 MB/s
    Sequential Write (Q= 32,T= 1) : 53.612 MB/s
    Random Read 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) : 5.539 MB/s [ 1352.3 IOPS]
    Random Write 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) : 1.670 MB/s [ 407.7 IOPS]
    Sequential Read (T= 1) : 66.066 MB/s
    Sequential Write (T= 1) : 51.177 MB/s
    Random Read 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) : 4.962 MB/s [ 1211.4 IOPS]
    Random Write 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) : 1.706 MB/s [ 416.5 IOPS]

    • Thanks for sharing, though compared to the benchmark someone posted on page 1 yours look a but slower than they should be. Have you any other means of testing to rule out the HUB and NEC card being a factor? Hard to know if you've both run the same benchmark settings but they look about right.

Still good speeds but your READS should be higher I'd have thought.

      • I tested using CrystalDisk 4, not comparable with page 1 results which are CrystalDisk 3. I'm happy enough with the write speeds, which I think is a better indicator of quality. Anyway I tested again on notebooks with Intel USB.

        • Ah understood.

I might pop open my 64GB Samsung Pro MicroSD that I never ended up needing. See if size makes any difference (no it's not what she said either)

        • Another benchmark using the same settings nfr did - same 16GB card.

    • Was it shipped in a Samsung package or just a plastic case in an envelope?
