If you're looking for something local the Nokia Lumia 735 is quite decent for it's price range - depends on how well you define "good" though - it's currently on sale at The Good guys for $149 + $2 delivery
My S5 died recently and been looking at phones in the $200 range past 2 weeks, initially tried the Huawei ascend g730 - nice size screen, but disappointed by how it ran - very slow and quite a few probs with switching between apps. After a week returned and changed to the Moto G (2nd gen) - loving it so far, well balanced phone and works very smoothly. The camera is 8 Mp - seems to do decent photos for me. As the other posters have mentioned a lot depends on what you use the phone for - if your looking for a balanced phone with a decent camera I'd highly recommend the Moto G for the price range you mentioned.
The Gionee Elife E7 has a 16 megapixel camera with Snapdragon 800, 3 gigs of RAM and 32GB of ROM. Screen is phablet sized (5.5" @ 1080p)
Do note the battery is not removable and there is no 4G LTE connectivity. Only 3G.
