  Craziest "deal" ever.

  No details or information about what is being sold.

  Totally unknown product.

  Obscure and scary "subscription" requirement that makes no sense whatsoever. No details about what subscriptions even mean, and it doesn't change the price… yet signing up for 12 months gives you one month free (when there is no cost anyway, so ALL the months are free).

  New website, massively long ToS, mention of even MORE policies, and even some kind of repeat billing deal that is not shown anywhere.

  No discount being offered.

  Smells like SPAM, not coffee.

    Thanks for taking the time to look at our website. Its powered by shopify so the Terms and Conditions are 'out of the box'.

    The price displayed is the monthly cost. No doubt this should be clearer!

    The details about the subscription are in a page in which is only view-able from the shopping cart.

    The website hasn't been up long and we are still ironing out all the bugs. Thanks so much for your feedback, and will definitely update the site to make it a clearer

  Dont take this as an offence Jake, but you really need to describe your coffee more in detail. Is it similar to which of the scale 4 to 12 of the Nespresso range? Strong or light? Flowery? Fruity? Cereal? Nutty? Chocolaty? Woody? Beans from what region? Is it blended? Will subscribers get only one type for 12 months or variety changes from month to month?
  We all know the word "Artisan" is just bullsh!t marketing term that means absolutely nothing.

    Basically, you get whatever no-name sh!t can be sourced on or before the 20th of each month.

    A "crap shoot" is the best description I can come up with.

    Billed monthly whether you like it or not. But at least the LAST month is free, so that is a consolation I guess.

  Can you expand on the recyclable pods?
  Do you collect them, do customers empty the grinds and rinse out pods and put them in the recycle bin?
