Click & collect reverting the price back to $99.99 per case for me. Free delivery code didn't work either, still charges $14. Am I doing it wrong? :(

When I change it to click and collect the blond goes to $99.00 I think it is a delivery only.

EDIT: looks like some others beat me to it. It states that it is a delivery only offer now I look a bit harder
