    • +9

      That's insensitive, don't you think?

      • -1

        Stop being so sensitive.

  • What is the reason behind collecting date of birth? Be vary of sharing DOB's to online forms, can be misused.

    • +9

      So put 01.01.1900

      • So bad. Never thought of it. lol

      • +9

115 years old, still have teeth?!

        • +4

          yes if u use Sensodyne…

Sensodyne is a brand of toothpaste that was first sold by Block Drug, a Brooklyn, New York-based company established in 1907 by pharmacist, Alexander Block

          ^_^

        • Winners are grinners.

      • They dont have 1900

        • I always use the 5th of November.

  • Purely anecdotal but I find this stuff makes my teeth more sensitive and have heard the same from others.

  • how many samples with different names at same address can I get ? lol

    • Thinking the same thing!

      I named my sample Steve

    the form is HTTP

    • +1

      meaning…

      • +4

Meaning the traffic is unencrypted and you'll be sending personal information in the clear for everyone with a packet sniffer in transit to potentially see. Unless you don't care about the risk of identity theft, in which case go nuts.

        • +2

Thanks. They can have my fake info for all I care :P only real thing they're getting is my address.. but you can get that by walking on the street anyways

  • I have not bought toothpaste for over 2 years. My dentist gives me over 20 free samples of the sensitive tooth paste everytime i go and see him (every 4 months)

    • +5

You go to the dentist every 4 months? Are you sure the free sensitive tooth paste isn't just liquefied sugar?

      • +5

yes every 4 months. I get 3 scale and clean via AHM per year so i use them all. And my dentist doesn't charge me the GAP.

He gives me the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief 30 grams (The 50 grams sell for ~ $4 at woolies) and Oral-B Pro Health 20g

  • don't recall i got free sample from last request?

  • +2

Well I'd be grinding my teeth if I give out all my info and get nothing in return

  • I received mine from last time

  • This has put a smile on my face !

I've got boxes full of Sensodyne or Colgate Pro (cant remember which one) I can give out for free. They are marked to expire this month, but technically toothpaste doesn't expire. Fluoride just slowly loses effectiveness over time. Msg me if anyone in Melbourne area wants to collect from near Prahran

    • Hey I'm not too far from Prahran. I'll take some! :)

  • +1

Didn't get mine yet. Anyone else?

    They sent me this
    "Hi!

Hopefully you have received and are using your Sensodyne Repair & Protect sample.

By now the advanced Novamin™ technology should be starting to help repair sensitive areas by creating a layer over the exposed dentine of your teeth. This helps to repair and protect them from sensitivity triggers.

Remember that sensitivity relief can be achieved in as little as two weeks!

So keep up the good work! Please remember to brush twice daily until your Sensodyne Repair & Protect sample is completely finished.

    Love,

    The Sensodyne Team"
