      Hi, I bought a faulty product ($180+) and am having difficulty getting an authorisation to return the unit. I have so far sent four emails over the last week and am getting nowhere, I have provided a report, loaded a video on youtube of the issue.

  Can you please fix your Android mobile app so I can open links like the one you posted in the app. At the moment it just loops with and error message.
