Is there a list of participating stores anywhere?

    • Not that I am aware of. I would assume that most stores are participating. Best to give them a ring and ask.

  • For those that are health conscious, I would probably give this a miss.

On their website, it shows that a lot of large drinks have between 70-100 grams of sugar :S. Although the nutritional info isn't shown for smoothies, I would assume similar amounts of sugar.

You do realise that it's an ice cream shop?
I wouldn't think many people go to an ice-cream store to buy health foods

      (I didn't neg you btw)

      • Yeah, but if you got the 70G scoop size (for ice cream), most are quite reasonable in the amount of sugar they contain.

If you got this shake, you could share it with a couple of friends and it'd be fine (provided you didn't have it everyday).

  • So, tomorrow 10am we get free smoothie followed by Free coffee at 2pm

    We need free dinner :D

  • All my local B&R are owned by franchises who normally don't accept these :(

    • Which is your local? Mine is Camberwell, VIC.

    • I think we need some kind of law against advertising a deal for a particular chain that doesn't apply to all branches.

It'd take some getting used to before franchisees and headquarters both understood that they can't put on deals unless everyone can do it, but that's no biggie, honestly.

      • The "participating stores only" is an out for those that really don't want to do it. I guess if you're not very busy and have no customers at all, then it would be better to honour the promotion since then you generate some goodwill and potentially a return customer (or someone who'll tell their friends, etc.).

Hardly any customers come to chatswood B&R anymore and they didn't honour it.

@markj: They're not very smart then.

  • It still sucks that BR in Australia doesn't have Popping Shower

  • Any official link?

  • only store in Adelaide is at the damn airport/harbour town……

  • Lismore store is not participating in the promotion.

  • Went to the one at west end. Choices are banana, berry or mango. I chose the mango.

  • Chatswood not participating

    • the man in this little combine store next to target is very rude. he super piss when seeing scoopon ice ceeam voucher back in the years

      • Haha yeah the young girl saw the coupon and said we dont do smoothies and walked away

      • Same here, didn't work at Chatswood! Luckily, the birthday vouchers are honoured

  • The store rejecs the voucher even though no one has claimed it earlier, sucks !

    • Which store? Give them a call first.

      • One of WA store, which normally no customer around.

  • If you go to their fb page, it says all stores are participating. The rep confirmed this.

  • Circular Quay also didn't honour it.

  • so anyone manage got this one?

  • Its only a bait for us to visit the store and get dissapointed.
