Steam sales have been quite drab since day 3 IIRC when they had the Metro redux bundle followed by cities skyline. By the way, avoid Metal Gear Solid. It is a 2 hour game at most. The current speedrun record is something like 6 minutes.

    • +3

They're hit and miss. Arma 3 for $23.99 US has to be the best sale I've seen so far.

      • Totally! I got deluxe edition & all DLCs for 30 USD.

    • Ground Zero?

  • +4

Was expecting south park and dynasty warriors to drop by at least 75% this time around. Guess the stand off between steam and myself continues for another sale…

    • +1

Probably best you don't buy South Park off Steam, it's the censored version.

      • +2

Isn't there a patch for it? Remembered it being posted someone on ozb.

        • +3

Yeah, it's here. The patch still works according to the comments.

  • Anything good?

    • +6

Nop….if it was you probably already have it…

Auto clicker script for the clicking game

    https://gist.github.com/dragonfax/ff4d7f4ee226348d99b9

Start a game using Chrome browser

When game is in progress, press F12

    click the Console tab

paste in the code and hit Enter

    enjoy. :)

Also: Please stop nuking the bosses. Autoclicker + Raining Gold = Much gold

    • Thank you for sharing this!

    • What you linked is extremely outdated, the current versions have everything automated to achieve the most efficient stage clearing. Bosses have to be nuked or skipped at high levels.

      • What's considered high?
The top room has gone over 10mil

        leaderboard: drx.pl/steamgame/

    • The auto clicker I have doesn't seem to work, as in my gold increases like crazy then gets reset.

If I set it to 10 clicks it works, 50, 100 or 200 clicks per minute and it doesn't. :(

  • Whats the difference with arma 3 digital delux version and non delux?

    • Digital map, MP3 and etc. none of them affects core gaming. It's your opinion about whether price difference could justify the addional digital items.

  • $14.50 worth it for censored stick of truth?

    • If you like the TV show, definitely yes.

    • The censorship is relatively minor in the overall scheme of things. If you like South Park - you'll like The Stick of Truth.

I'd take euro truck simulator deluxe edition as it includes all dlc which is nearly similar in price with scandinavian dlc alone.

  • +1 for dreadout. Interesting concept, scary as heck

  • uggh my wallet, added a few more titles to my collection: Fight the Dragon, Never Alone (looks like it will get you right in the feels) and Lichdom

  • +3

Arma 3 Extended Edition for $30 is an amazing price considering the DLC pack is $25 normally. Get this game now.

  • +1

FINALLY the Arma 3 DLC is on sale. First time it's ever been discounted.

  • Worth getting The Secret World for $8.99? (And losing all my free time…)

    • I played it for about 10 hours a year or so ago. It's pretty cool, it's not groundbreaking and I can't actually remember what I liked about it apart from it feeling different.

    • I bought this last year because the story concept sounds really cool in my head.
But it didn't lived up to my (over) expectation.
Played it for 20 hours and decided that this is not for me.

    • Thanks for the input, have decided to see if the Ultimate Edition drops further in price…

  • south park stick of truth would suck censored

    • If you look up in the comments I posted the forum topic for the uncensored patch :)

      • My apologies I did not see that, Thanks!

  • If you feel like you need to channel all your HATRED and ANGER (Anger is not a title.. yet) into a quality game, than RAGE is a solid FPS shooter. The ending is pretty lame, but the shooting is rock solid. 75% off @ $7.49.

No RAGE 2, but DOOM reboot shown at E3. Looks nice. Yay! Sorry I meant GRRRRRRRRRRR!

Also, Please Don't Touch Anything is great. Yes, it looks and plays like a flash game. Has some great one-off moments with little replay, so don't spoil it with a Let's Play. Try it for yourself. The developer is apparently adding more endings.

Gone Home is sublime. It's short, but as it's on sale at 88% off @ $2.39, so it's worth it. Again a good game to go in blind on and to have your expectations upturned. Terrific tension.

    Cheers OP!

Rage didn't really grab me. Kind of felt like Borderlands - without the personality.

Totally agree with your other two recommendations though. Spent two hours working through all the endings for Please Don't Touch Anything yesterday and enjoyed every moment. And yep - Gone Home was brilliant.

  • Banished seems to be a good RTS. 2014 so relatively new, graphics on par with aoe3 from what I can see

    • +1

I've heard good things about it. I've heard that the main struggle in the game's a fight against stagnant resources increase against increasing population, a typical Malthusian trap (Resource increases at slower rate than the population growth, so you end up in a position where you don't get resources when the population increases)
