I purchased a Mi band and Piston 3 on the 26th of last month so its been quite a few weeks. Understand that shipping from China (or Sweden as it says) can take a long time but I have a tracking failure as well and Allbuy are not responding. What should I do?

If it gets to the end of the paypal dispute period, file a dispute. It used to be 45 days but is longer now, I think.
With all the china sellers goods go into a black hole for a month, then arrive in your letterbox.
If you are nervous about this, best not to buy from china anymore.

That is our fault to choose a terrible carrier service, from now on, we are using another new carrier to guarantee the delivery time to Australia.
After we tested, now from china to Australia, the average time period can be in 15 working days under control.
Honestly , we use worldwide free shipping service for all orders automatically by our system, but we are updating our packing and order system to meet the different delivery time needs.
Hope allbuy to grow up with each oz-er here.

I got the notification that my pistons were shipped on 12 June and i received them today. The tracking info they sent me didnt show up for me either.
Bought something from them 3 days ago and they are using malaysia post. I got my last 2 via sweden post after about 6 weeks.

I purchased a MI Piston 3 on 16th June, Its been shipped on 17th June, after few days later I was looking the tracking number to see where is upto, however tracking number not valid so I contract Allbuy in regards tracking number on 27th June, got a reply back on 2nd July (more than 48 hours here) saying "Your order was shipped on 2015/06/17 by flat mail without tracking number".
If it is posted by flat mail then why Allbuy add a tracking number? Anyway, I haven't received a item yet. Not Happy at all.
sometime it is not a tracking number, but there a signature will be required.
I paid $55 (yes! OMG $55) to post a small box to Moscow via AusPost. I sent the guy the tracking number and realise….NO TRACKING AVAILABLE for international registered post.
I paid $55 and no tracking available…..however a signature is required so there will be some proof of delivery.
With most purchase via ebay or site as Allbuy, it helps to be patient. 4 weeks at least, rarely quicker.
OMG, That is wrong msg from cs girls, we gave the tracking number for each package even flat mail, but honestly, we got an issues with carrier service before. That is why we have to replace 1-2 new carriers with the old carrier. If you trust me, give me your order number to me, let me confirm with carrier for the details. :)
I feel for ya. I asked for best price enquiry at 7pm and they messaged at 10am next day. They were quick to reply. But screwed me with some cock and bull story how I should provide links while they updated their price to low ball competitor. When I asked about the 10%off coupon for price guarantee, they try to pass some bull about my email not providing them URLs of their own website.. Yeh WTH.

Just sent an email to [email protected] for my Xiaomi 5000mah order that i have yet to received from 7 weeks ago. Lets see how fast they are in replying this time. I sent an email to [email protected] (provided in another post) last week and havent heard anything yet.
Update in regards my previous post above:
As i said my order has been shipped on 17th June however till today I haven't received yet. Which is 44 days (32 business days) in total which is not near by even 25 days as they said on Allbuy website.
Considering the tracking code is not working and taking 5 days to reply simple email, i would say Don't trust this store. You will not get items and refund of your money.
Try one of these options I guess if you haven't already?
Otherwise paypal refund/ credit card chargeback would probably be the next options if allbuy still don't respond.
