they offered a refund for me for the broken one after I sent a video showing the problem.
Since this deal has was posted almost a month ago, what's the feedback? In general, do you think they're genuine or not? Looks like a few people have had problems - can anyone confirm theirs is working as expected? (It's back in stock and I'm considering getting one - ~AUD$13 here (inc. 20% off - edit - can't find the 20% off for new customer option any more) vs the banggood $22, but at least the banggood one is genuine)
as you can see in the top, I bought two from them one doesn't vibrate at all the other one works fine (I got refund for the broken one). Also I have one from banggood. they are exactly the same. the one I got from banggood also came with small box rather than the regular big box.
in general I am happy with it.

It's been a month now since I started using this band. Even after a month the battery has 54% charge left. This is the first time I saw a company under-promise and over deliver on battery performance. Best $13 ever spent.
I have all sort of notifications on for whatsapp, messages, email, calls, alarm, etc and still it lasts for over a month.
Well, I ordered mine 22 days ago and it still has not arrived, despite the delivery time quoted as '7-14 days'. Have contacted allbuy and will wait to see what they do.

Update - I emailed allbuy and they emailed me back with a link to track the package. They say that it has been posted with "Sweden Post" but the link they provide does not allow me to track packages from Sweden Post (instead it offers me a list of Chinese couriers). If I try the tracking number they emailed me on these couriers, it says that the parcel does not exist.
They also said in the email that I should wait 15-25 working days for delivery, DESPITE the product page and two emails from allbuy saying "Delivery: 7-14 days" (they have since updated it to "7-20 days", though I have still been waiting longer than that).
I am happy with the quick response from allbuy, but I am disappointed that the tracking information they gave me seems to be incorrect. And while to be honest I did not expect delivery before 30 days, the website claimed delivery in 7-14 days (when I bought the item) when in fact the support people say 15-25 WORKING days (which is in fact "19-33 days", using the most optimal arrangement of working days).
In summary - the estimated delivery time is a lie (be honest about it instead), the service is fast and friendly but not helpful. I still have faith that my item will eventually arrive, but next time I will buy from banggood!
