I don't think this has the DLCs but still excellent value if you don't want the total package. I remember purchasing a budget DVD years ago with the full package of Empire TW & Nappy TW. It was one of the first physical media I purchased with Steam redemption codes.
Great price, but why would you waste a 10% off coupon on saving 20c? Humble store has some pretty good prices sometimes, I'm waiting for knocking another $3-4 off a title.
Kills me to buy incomplete (not all DLC etc.) games… BUT IT'S 2 BUCKS MAN!!
