    How do the V Neck's run? I want to get a Medium but there's a few reviews saying they run large, and others say it's true. Can I do an exchange and swap a size if it doesn't fit right?

      The fit is true but it depends weather you like a tighter fit or like to layer it up. The model is about 6ft athletic build. If you are unhappy with the fit when you get it, we will replace or refund your purchase price using the original payment method as long as it's in original condition and within 365 days of receipt.

Question though I'm a little worried about the size and might need to replace if it's too big (I'm normally a size M) but on the return form it said's you have to place another order.       The closest thing to "grades" for merino is generally the micron measurement of the fibers.

      Merino starts at around 20 micro and heads down to around 16-7 depending on breed and age.

      Lower is usually better and results in a softer feel however it can also wear faster depending on the weave and whether it is pure wool or mixed with Poly/Lycra (usually the mixed weaves wear slower but retain less of the antimicrobial/insulating value of wool).

      More wool is better (particularly merino) for that nice wool feel.
      However in my experience with a Hallensteins (and any brand will do this) pure wool jumper I bought last year: it tagged on a slight plastic jag on a shopping trolley and pulled, snapped the wool tread and left my jumper looking quite sad.
      * * So the moral of the story may be to get an acrylic mix, which may be more durable. * *
      Also any wool or fibre still itches depending on your skins' thickness etc.

      We usually stock sizes XXS and XS sizing for some of our clothing range . For our Merino range its only down to XS which would suit years 12 - 14.

      Sizing wise it would be:
      CHEST (CM) 88-92
      CHEST (INCHES) 34-36

        Just a couple of suggestions - it would be great if you accepted Paypal. Also, on the payment site there is a Visa, MasterCard and AMEX logo - but when I put in an AMEX card it said no Amex accepted (would be good to remove this option).
