They're not unlocked through. Unlock codes for those are $20 each on eBay.
Maybe a better deal than this is from Woolworths since the Lumia 532 has better specs apart from not being dual sim. But not every one needs dual sim.
Latest Woolworths catalogue has the Telstra Nokia Lumia 532 going on sale for $39 again starting Wed 24 June. The Lumia 532 is a quad core but the Lumia 435 is a dual core but with dual sim. Both have 8GB storage and 1GB RAM.
The Lumia 435 from Coles is still a good deal if you require a dual sim phone.

My old phone has died and I urgently need a cheap phone. Didn't know about the Woolies one. Going to grab one now.
Has anyone had any luck getting Telstra to unlock for free? Or is getting the $20 code the cheapest way?You can't unlock the phone from Telstra themselves for free. $20 is way cheaper than what Telstra itself charges unlocking $80 for phones less than 6 months old.
The 532 also has better camera, glance screen and double tap to wake.
Just purchased a 532 from Woolies Buranda QLD for $39. Dont know how many left there but counter lady easily plucked one from behind the counter so probably a few there still.
