      highly doubt it, maybe in 2012 it could be true.

      Plus how can you get either $588 or $581 with $681-$99?

    More accurately it is the hypertransport link speed. On the QL-64 it runs at 1800Mhz, and 2600Mhz is only the max speed for hypertransport 3.0, which you can only get from overclocking or on one of the high end phenom cpus.

    I bought the Compaq Presario C2D T6500, 4G RAM and 250G HDD online today from Dick Smith with free delivery. Hopefully it will delivered before Xmas.
