Aren't these 50c or $1 each at Rebel Sport in their baskets next to the checkout?

  • Great for hand eye co-ordination

Subliminal advertising at it's most transparent. Just keep your eye on the ball with the logo.

  • "Ideal for the school yard game of handball." OP is too old to remember using a hairless handball in the middle of winter.

These are great to squeeze and relieve stress ie when on hold with DS customer service

  • This site should be renamed to dickbargain.com.au

Sometimes I wonder if DSE secretly bought it.

  • In this case, it's not a deal - unless you mean a dicked deal :)
As said above, you can get the same product (with different colour and label) for the same price or cheaper. On sale, these high bounce balls are often $1.50. Try Rebel, Kmart, big w, etc.

These should be given away for free since it is marketing.

I guess you only buy unbranded clothes or remove the logos from branded ones?
I assume you remove the manufacturers badging from your car?
      Remove manufacturer logos from appliances?

"Normal Price" is the same as saying "Not a bargain."

      • Get off your high horse bounce ball.

The voting rules on here are stuffed. You can neg a deal for caged eggs but can't even place a neg on a deal which isn't even a deal. Shouldn't the same criteria apply to both negative and positive votes, not different rules for each.

  • I neg for the same reasons highlighted above.
I also recall seeing these for ~$1 at Rebel Sport.

    • -2

None of the votes above are valid which makes yours invalid also.
You need to back up your claim with a link in order to neg vote if you found it cheaper elsewhere.
      From the Wiki -
Appropriate uses of negative vote - Cheaper price elsewhere

      • That means only the first part of my comment is invalid.
The second part is valid except I didn't provide evidence (but I did mention the store)
Having said that, I'm not willing or prepared to go to Rebel Sport in Mid City NSW just to take a photo and justify my negative vote, so if this is deemed invalid and considered inappropriate use of the neg, feel free to report my vote as inappropriate to have it removed.
