Do you know how confusing your website is? When you have each colour listed separately as a different item?
I think you've only got 6 models of chair but 31 items.
It puts me off even attempting to look. This is the 5th time I've looked at your website, and the only time that I've succeeded at finding out how many models you have. The only reason I succeeded was because I was trying to make sure this post was correct.
Whilst I'm talking, who needs 6 models of chair between $300 and $460? Are there any real differences or are they microchanges that should be listed as options (eg: cloth vs leather).

I was curious so I checked out their site… not sure what the problem is. From their homepage, hover on DXracer at the top, drop down menu shows gaming chair, drop down menu shows F,R,D,K-Series. Took me 18 seconds to find out that they have 4 models (5 if you count their console model F Series)
Fair enough. That DXracer looks like an image. No indication that it's a menu item to me, so I missed it.

Maybe there's a comparison chart there somewhere too? There needs to be.
Oh yeah it definitely could be a better site. Not as bad as MSY though - I think they go out of their way to make their site as bad as possible

We recently ordered a trial chair at my work(and four new ones after we liked the trial chair). The chairs were obviously good enough but their customer service was lacking. Had to constantly follow up to get the trial chair after numerous unexplained delays.
Their customer service sucks, I would never buy from them again.
I have purchased 20 chairs over the past 6 months from DX Racer and I could not be happier. We found them very responsive to questions and the delivery was next day.
I run a helpdesk and my staff sit on their butts all day. This is one of the best purchase decisions I have made, as the staff moral was significantly increased and we all have matching racing chairs. Even customers comment on how good the office looks. We have Red for the guys and Pink for the girls.
Previously we used to go to office works and pay $200 for their chairs and would be lucky to get 2 years out of them, these are well built and very comfortable for log periods of sitting.
The padding isn't as comfortable as the Buro task chairs, however the recline 180 degrees is great.
That is serious recline.

It does recline that far. Think of a car seat with the lever on the side. It will go completely flat. It also has an nice rocking feature
@Ijuiceman: car seats go 180 now too? Wouldn't that hurt with your scalp scraping along the bitumen?
