    Hi Guys,

    Please steer clear of GearBest. I have now initiated a Claim, up from a dispute via PayPal.

    I bought an item under the pretence the item would be delivered within 3 - 5 business days. It has now passed 3 - 5 business days.

    In light of this I have negatively voted on this 'deal'.

          I've had massive issues with them as well. They randomly changed my shipping method, extending shipping time to over a month. When I said it was an issue, they basically stated "Well you're getting free shipping so we can send it how we want", even though I specifically ordered enough for free Australian shipping and chose that option. Dodgy dodgy business.

          @gearbest: You need to remove the reference to 'Toll' as my package didn't even go through Toll's hands. It actually arrived via Australia Post.

          I will be contacting Toll Australia, which is owned by Japan Post and informing them of your misuse of the word.

    This is gearbest we are talking about nothing but dodgy service.Invalid order numbers so there for you cant contact them stay away from gearbest I to am still waiting for an order over a month now I prefer bang good or tiny deal don't do it you will regret it.How many times can a company get bagged on ozbargain before they are banned gearbest should be so should kogan
