      No you need to set up a billing account with google play, I've set mine up too bill my Telstra mobile account. Ps: we have billed your account $0.00

      yeah, it's a bit annoying, they need payment details for a free item, you can also use your paypal account.

      Answer is no. But for free obviously there are some bites….although helps when TA advertises it.

          check what country is set for your google account, it will not be AU.
          Set it to AU and try again

          thanks, it was set to NZ.
          but even after changing everything to Aus still didnt seem to change it to free.
          might have to enquire about it via google.

          actually must of taken a few days to change over, its now FREE !!!!!!!!!!
