I got this to, but when I contacted them I was told it doesn't expire till next year.

Raised with support and asked me to send them a copy of the email so a supervisor could get back to me.
Told me wasn't cancelled but when I attempt to login to cpanel it states the account is suspended. Will see what outcome is.I got this email as well :(

I also registered a domain, their loss i guess. Now on visiting the public website via domain it has a page that says the account is suspended.
