    I really don't like these deals - more of a competition really.

    What they need to have is an on-line claim system, with a counter, much easier.

    Can someone clarify for me?
    It only ask for the claim form and TWO barcodes but on the claim form it also ask proof of purchase. In FAQ only mentioned the same without proof of purchase. Do we need to submit proof of purchase? Thanks.

      Arhhh, I didn't look into that details…
      Are original barcodes equivalent to proof of purchase in this case???
      I've sent in the claim form already, so probably will find out later when they send me the acknowledgment email.

    At last step will ask you to download form, print then stick two original barcodes from any pack of snugglers nappies! this is not FREE stuff

    Well, it IS FREE, cos you're paying for the nappies, not the shoes~ I suppose u dun buy 2 packs of nappies for no reason, just to claim the shoes, right?!~
