Recently, I've made two purchases from ozbargain deals where it has been specified that cashrewards works. However, I haven't received any money in my cashrewards account so I think I've been doing something wrong.
When making a purchase, I just click the 'Go to Store' button on the cashrewards site and shop as per normal.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?

+1 for contacting them. They are pretty good with following this up, as long as you clicked "go to store".
Also don't forget it works using cookies so make sure you don't have them blocked or are using incognito mode.
Once it's tracked the money is eligible for cashout like 3-6 months later, so basically forget about it then when you remember the money will be ready to cashout.
not really sure how u get 3-6 months wait for. shortest waited is 1 month 10 days and my longest wait is 2 month 20 days for my money be clear in my cashrewards account, and take another 2 days to transfer money from cashrewards account to my bank account.
I have ones that are close to 90 days and still not 'available'
My oldest still pending is 6 April 2015 (I thought I better put the year)
@BigTed: mostly my purchases make from ebay store and amaysim store. i dont know it may be depends on the store to confirm.
I think it depends who your cash is pending with, booking.com seems to be extremely slow, they just cleareed a purchase from 5 months ago
Cashrewards is incredibly slow to pay out to it's users.
Did you receive a tracking email from them within 7 days? You should have.
If not, and there's no record on the site, send them a message with the when's, where's and what's.
