Glenlivet 12 Year Old Whisky - $48 @ First Choice Liquor

30

Not the best deal that this bottle as seen, but a good price for anyone that wants to get one for reserve purposes.

Remember 5% cashrewards or DM price beat.

DJR9000 has mentioned that this deal is still active in some ALDI stores so check there first as it is probably a better deal for the 12yo.

Just saw that DM has some Dalwhinnie 15 year old for a decent price if you were disappointed with my Glenlivet post.

$2 more and you can get a 12yo and a sampler of the 15yo and 18yo from Aldi (instore only)

    • Didn't know that deal was still on, definitely a better bargain!

I don't know that it's officially still on, but North Sydney still had some stock at lunchtime today, at least.

I don't mind Glenlivet but there is better scotches out there. It is OK with a bit of Laphroaig mixed in - I like my peat/smoke but not that intense so sometimes I just buy a cheap blended or single malt and mix in some Islay

        • Mmmmm yum!

around here in south east Melbourne , weeks ago!

  • They also had Heineken and Stella long necks 3 for $12 at my local

  • I was looking at the Dalwhinnie earlier today at Dan's. I also noticed Oban 14 was a good price at $85, rather than the $110 1st choice is asking.

Finally, they're making whiskey for twelve year olds. :p
