Free Printed Book Mailed: Become a Key Person of Influence - Daniel Priestly

51

Doubt it's very good but it's free and someone may want.
Kris Kringle book maybe or Xmas gift for an uncle you don't like.
Probably a limited number available so don't hesitate….or be doomed to a life of low influence!

I know nothing about the book except the blurb on the website.

Seems to #22 on amazon bestseller list in finance category for about 12 pounds.

Just because u get the free book it doesn't mean u have to do an expensive seminar.

KPI is a mentoring program run by Daniel and others for small business people and entrepreneurs. I have done it and the core of it is to get you to write and self publish a book (thereby giving you credibility in your industry). They run a series of workshops where they pair you up in groups with other similar folks and the different workshops cover a wide range of topics from partnerships to 'how to write a book' etc, they bring in a range of experts on the different subjects to run you through different aspects of entrepreneurship. I thought it was a good program but it isn't cheap.

How can you neg the book without understanding the KPI program. Not worth negging because some who order it will never read it!

      • Just simple googling you know this person is mired in controversy.
There are many 'gurus' that happily give many free stuffs just to lure people to their expensive seminars or programmes. Just a word of caution.

I agree with what you're saying but it's still not a valid reason to neg the deal.

          @GregFiona:

but it's still not a valid reason to neg the deal.

          it should be though…

        • @jv: I didn't make the Ozbargain rules…

Many of the bargains on this site and elsewhere are designed as 'loss leaders' or faux inducements to try and either collect prospective customer details or to get people interested in a new shop/brand. I'm sitting here wearing my Uniqlo heat-tech top from the deal on here a couple of weeks ago, I didn't even know who uniqlo were until the deal on OzB and now I want to buy another one of their tops! Should their deal have been negged because they were just offering an overly cheap deal to try and recruit new customers to their products?

If people aren't interested in KPI don't order the book. If you do order the book and then get a call from KPI inviting you to one of their seminars just say no. As i said earlier I did the KPI program and whilst I thought it was good, it was also expensive and I'm not sure i received my money's worth but i did make the decision myself to spend that money. I know there are other KPI people that loved the program and credit it for their success. People can make their own minds up about whether a program is worth it or not.

  • I have read it and its fantastic. It really is practical and how to really stand out in life, from how you introduce yourself to how to show people you know your field.

    Recommend it!

People who follow self help gurus are never going to become people of note. Buying into this is almost the very definition of being an easily led sheep.

    • But you are not buying into it, it's free!

      • The book is free. Following it's advice won't be.
