A bit info about the region:

Cajamarca is a region in northern Peru, on the border with Ecuador and located both on the heights of the Andes Mountain Range and in the Amazon Rainforest Range. Peruvian coffee grows in the Andean valleys and high jungle, where the fertile soil, the altitude and the moisture of the region makes it a favor able area to grow coffee. Cajamarca is the second largest producing region in Peru. The economy of the province of San Ignacio is based on the coffee plantations. The coffee is grown in the shade of species native to the region, this way the farmers ensure the maintenance and regeneration of indigenous biodiversity. The coffee is then harvested completely by hand.

        Cenfrocafe is a cooperative in Cajamarca with about 2000 coffee growers who have planted different variety of coffees.
        This lot of organic coffee is from the San Ignacio province which has typica, bourbon and catimor varietals in them. All the coffees which are picked by the farmers are collected and processed together in the mill.
        These are semi specialty coffees processed to the same standards as that of the single varietal/estate specialties.

    I get "There is no shipping to specified location" now when I try to order from you guys yet I've ordered 4kg before without any problems. Checked the postcode list for Austpost Express and mine is on it. Shame as the coffee I had ordered earlier was a hit.

      Its tasting note an essence or reminiscent of a taste of something. Its a way to describe, in other words its got sense of creamy, bit sweet citrusy. Its awesome coffee :)
