ValueBasket.com.au - Safe to Buy from or Not?

Found this online store called valuebasket.com.au because I saw a phone I wanted to buy. Anyone have any suggestions whether it would be safe to buy from or is it just another shonky online store? I'm a bit wary as they are selling Logitech speakers way over what their reasonable price is. E.g. have a check here: https://www.valuebasket.com.au/en_AU/Surround-Sound-Systems/…

if you look at the price of the Logitech z506 for instance, that price doesn't to be a reasonable one? something going on here?

    no idea who they are but they are not Australian. Goods dont have an Oz warranty.

    I also dont like this condition in sales…
    Disputes : In case of any dispute, ValueBasket.com reserves the right to make the final decision.
    This warranty shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

    so if something happens they have the last decision (and I bet it isnt favourable to you)

    reviews arent great either.

    They are definitely not an Australian company and quite a few have issues with them.

    The price may be attractive but be prepared to take warranty/support risk with this company.
    I really regret my first time purchase with this company. Of course I would never return.

    Issue such as faulty battery or charger will require you to the return the complete package back to them.

    Paypal will protect you but there are conditions e.g. the product must be returned via registered mail or courier and AT YOUR OWN COSTS.

    Also, the product must be returned in Original Box and Packaging else 25% deducted.
    If item not returned in good condition OR AS NEW - 15% deducted.
    etc.

    Goodluck if you go ahead with your purchase.
