  • $1 is good for the pac-man bundle alone

Last tier though… nothing will come close to this

    • Yep, I gave away around a dozen copies to friends who'd never played it.

      • Do you have any extras up for grabs? :)

        • +1

Nah, gave last one away last week.

        • +1

@Where's_That_Cake: Aw damn. Thanks anyway - will probably grab through this one and donate it all to charity.

  • I can see Star Trek being added to that list later on, can't confirm it but imo seems likely

    • +2

      Inversion as well.

Pity they don't release Tekken or Soul Calibur games on PC.

I think I'll wait to see what the bonus games are. If I get this, I'll get the full $10 pack for Dark Souls as well.

      • Tekken 7 is coming to PC. If they ever release a new Soul Calibur I'd like to believe it'd come to PC as well, Namco and Capcom both seem quite happy to bring their fighters to PC these last few years.

        • +3

Tekkens videos, although rendered beautifully, are usually sooo corny I can't watch them.

        • +1

Bring on Humble Banda Namco Bundle 2 when that happens!

  • +1

ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West is supposed to be pretty good:

    http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/enslaved-odyssey-to-the-we…

I haven't played it yet, but it's supposed to have great visuals, story, voice acting, production values, etc and has been described as "this generation's Beyond Good and Evil" and "A good 'Uncharted' style game for those without a PS3/4".

    • +1

It's basically a futuristic adaptation of Monkey Magic (the old old TV show). I have it on 360. :)

    • +2

It is fantastic! I enjoyed the story and voice acting, would recommend to anyone :D (I am a huge fan of Andy Serkis)

      • I played through it once, agree story & voice acting are great - didn't really like the game mechanics though. Worth a play through :)

        • Having played a lot of capcom's 3rd person action games like DMC3 and DMC4, Enslaved's combat system is very simplistic. You get a light and heavy attack, which you simply mash and have a few well timed blocks / parries for good measure.

    • +2

After sitting on my pile of shame for a year I played through it a few weeks ago - it's an awesome game. The environments and combat are excellent, but the story, characters and dialogue are brilliant. Andy Serkis (Gollum from LOTR) is Monkey and Alex Garland author of The Beach was one of the writers.

    • Depends, do you prefer video games or films where you have to sometimes press a button to continue? The hand holding in that game is agonising. The game is basically a bunch of set pieces, personally I didn't feel like I was doing anything other than being forced by a developer.

      • Have you played Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy) ? Is it as bad as that?

  • +1

I read online that they shut off the servers for ridge racer so no multiplayer for that. ..just note

  • If anybody has a surplus key for Enslaved or Ridge Racer (due to already owning the game) and would like to swap, please PM me.
I have Enslaved for console and it would be nice to also have it in the Steam library.

    • PM'ed you :)

      • +1

Hey guys, just thought to mention that I've done some trades with Lysander and he's top notch and trustworthy!

  • +2

This deal is worth $10 for Dark Souls. It's an amazing (and lengthy) pseudo-single player RPG with spectacular level and boss design.

    • +1

DSfix is a must-have also for that.

    • I tried to run this, the pc port was not optimised and was full of bugs

      • +2

See Poide's comment. You'll want DSFix. Also a controller works much better than KB/mouse for this game.

        • I might check it out someday if i get bored enough, right now its sitting in my steam games graveyard

  • Is this all just for Windows or Android?

    • Windows

    • +1

      Just Windows (Steam).

      • +2

DeadCore seems to be also available on OS X.

        • +1

Yep. Any games that have Steam play can be played on either OS. Next time I'll include that in the OP.

  • +1

Picked it up for Enslaved and Ace Combat.

    • I picked it up for Ace Combat alone, even though it is a steaming pile of ****.
I just like pain, I guess.

      • I played 30 mins, it's in my steam graveyard along with Hawx 2

        • to its credit, i could actually get into game unlike hawx 2…
  • Got a spare key to Star Trek if anyone wants to trade for it?
