      The label.
      cyanocobalamin is the cheaper form of b12 and so is magnesium oxide.
      My preference for b12 is the methyl form, which happens to be the form more commonly used for clinical studies.

        I prefer magnesium glycinate or orotate.
        Less GI issues and more bioavailability than oxide.
