  • price + quantity in title

    and in body

    • Thanks - definitely need the "L" plates for our first post

  • In order to know whether this is a bargain we'll need to know: (a) what's the cost of 5 sleeves? (b) How much per pod?

    • Updated - thanks for the question

      • Thanks

  • Why the * ?

    • Nespresso* is a registered trademark and we have used the * to distinguish this.

  • no prices mentioned.

    looks like $6.90-$7.90 per 10.
I can't see anywhere how many grams of coffee per capsule or box though.

    • Sorry - still learning the OzBargain way. There are 10 capsules per sleeve. Have updated description

      • thats fine but I meant the weight. How many grams per capsule or box?

        • 50g per sleeve - same as Nespresso

        • @ecoCaffe Australia:
it would be 50g per sleeve then, 5g per capsule. most are 5.2 or 6g
          thanks.

  • Super-pumped to try these out after ordering some with free shipping via Whirlpool last week (and waiting years for The Ethical Coffee Company capsules to be available in Oz) :D

For those who don't know, The Ethical Coffee Company was formed by Jean-Paul Gaillard, who was the Nespresso CEO for 10 years, and was credited with turning around Nestlé’s coffee capsule business.

    • Thanks Kirt - we took your advice and posted an offer on here as well. Learning the system….

    • does that mean they are not roasted here then?

      • They are made in France

        • +2

Are they ethically transported to Oz?

        • @elguapo: Sorry - not sure I understand your question. What do you mean by ethically transported?

        • +1

@ecoCaffe Australia: Given we are talking ethics and all can we be 100% sure these pods were not transported to Australia on a ship operating under a flag of convenience?

        • @elguapo: We use an Australian freight forwarding company who adheres to industry standards and protocols.

  • Big thumbs up for bio capsules.
