This is through the US Target site, but you can pay via paypal and it is email delivery - so I can't see why someone from Australia couldn't purchase. Limit 3 per person.

Unsure if you have to make your purchase on ebay.com (rather than ebay.com.au) to use the gift card.

Also, check you get a good conversion rate (e.g. 28 degrees card) to make sure it is worthwhile.

  not really worth the risk for under 10% saving… (10% only if u spend exactly $100.00)

  1. If you spend under $100, the remaining balance will be forfeited.

  2. Only one gift card can be use per order, so maximum $10 saving even your order is like $200 or $500.

  3. You won't able to alternative gift card if the eBay order have issue, so if you bought something $110 and paid with $100 gift card. You can only get $10 refund if you return the order

  I think some of what you are saying isn't quite right there, but I had a look at

  http://pages.ebay.com/giftcard/terms_conditions.html and it says:

  "You must have a PayPal account registered in the U.S. to redeem the Gift Card. For security purposes, you may be required to enter credit card or bank account information to open a PayPal account."

  I will expire the deal I think. Mods maybe unpublish the deal?

    I made an order in March with a $50usd(~$60 aud) giftcard, the order didn't arrive. Only able to claim back the money I paid, eBay didn't give alternative gift card saying it is not refundable.

        it's okay to use it from large retailer store, such as BigW Target Dicksmith. But not recommended for purchases from random sellers on eBay.

  Tried this yesterday and was cancelled about 6 hours later. Even some Americans were getting cancellations but other were successful with buying $800 worth. YMMV.

  What you really need is someone who'll let you buy giftcards with giftcards :D
