There were two options for the $100 gift cards, one was 8% CB and the other was 10%CB, i got the 10% CB. Usually that one runs out fairly quickly.

If buying with 10% discount, do you pay $100 or $90 when doing transaction? Or does cashback come later?
It's cashback not discount - you get the cashback later.
So, in my half-asleep state right after waking up (and before any caffeine), I clicked join the challenge and then bought a $200 Uber gift card in one go. Now I can only see $4 cashback tracked and not the $15 bonus. I can live with missing the 8% cashback on the $100 gift card, but can anyone confirm if I’m still eligible for the $15 cashback?

This challenge is for buying uber gift card, not ubereats giftcard. You probably have missed that 8% discount because of buying 1x$200 uber gift card, but not the $15 challenge
alright for everyone's benefit, I just got a confirmation that I get the $15 bonus, phew, I would only skip 1.5 meals
