Title says it all get free shipping when you use the app to checkout I'll post links below to the iPhone and android app when I get to a computer (on my phone now)

It's mostly for smaller items you can't get massive 65" TVs with the deal for example. Full terms and conditions l<deleted> sorry guys link had my name in it I'll post a link from a computer

        Very misleading. I contacted Kogan and they confirmed that Pantry items are not included, nor are furniture or "bulky items".

    Surprise, surprise!!! Free Shipping on my iPad app order isn't working. (Item is not bulky & it's NOT on the exempt list) Now waiting on a Kogan Chat Line "supervisor" to get back to me. Guess I'll hear back after midnight.

Still no joy….Downloaded app , yet again, ….got all the way to "confirm & pay" with Paypal ..still being charged shipping, so am reluctant to pull the trigger on Paypal's "confirm & pay". Guess I'll try your "send us a direct message " option.

          I am having the same problem. Trying to order an appliance that's not on the exempt list. App is trying to charge me shipping.
          Have discussed with chat who have forwarded my query "to our Senior Team".

          Doubtful that I'll hear back before the special ends…

    I got a Nikon lens 10% less than the local discounter and got the free shipping
    Not a brilliant deal but I'm happy
