Just follow these simple steps to do so:
1) Open the Uber or Uber Eats app
2) Scroll to the Red Cross Clothing Drive image, and tap.
3) You should see ‘Red Cross Clothing Drive’ set as the drop off spot
4) If you’re in an eligible city, the Red Cross Clothing Drive promotion should automatically apply, so check that the trip is showing as a $0 amount

Is there any other ways to donate or get cashback from the old clothes? Plenty of clothes sitiing in the closet don't know what to do.
Yes! You can drop off old clothes and textiles from any brand and in any condition at an H&M store in Australia, placing them in the garment collection box usually located near the cash desks. In return for your donation, you receive a 15% off voucher for a single item on your next purchase.
