    Awesome price !!!

    Wow. Great deal. Thanks !!

  • +1

    Thanks rep got one!

  • +1

Wow, thanks guys :) it always amazes me how quick the orders come in!

    • +1

Been considering this for a while and just started firing up the Vita again. Thanks for the deal, couldn't say no to that!

      Cheers

    • +1

I think the take-home message here is: MORE VITA DEALS please! :)

We may not be many but we're an enthusiastic bunch, and fewer stores selling Vita games gives us incentive to support the ones that do.

PS: I see you are also carrying Sorcery Saga. A similar deal there wouldn't go amiss…

  • +1

    got one. woot!

  • +1

Just to be sure, this actually isn't a physical copy is it? It's a DLC in a box right?

    • +1

Vita is a cart. It's only the ps3/ps4 versions that were codes in a box i think

    • +1

Cartridge and manual included…and shipped free. You get the whole shebang (see above) or the pics on the deal, it shows what you get :)

      • +1

Did not know that. Will grab one I think.

  • +6

Thanks guys! I like the idea of this game, I think the industry needs more games like this. Maybe I'll get a Vita now…. :) What's particularly impressive is that it was made by the Montreal team, and not in Montpelier (where the best Rayman editions were done) so the brilliance isn't just limited to the awesomeness that comes out of Japan, or Montpelier France!

    • +2

You should see Grow Home. It's so strange that a tiny team at Ubisoft was allowed to make this in between pumping Assassin's Creed out of the money-maker machine. Good thing they still know what the word "Innovation" means; they had me worried when they were throwing it around to describe Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

      • I hear you man, I honestly think when you're a tiny developer whereby all you have is innovation, nobody would have heard about you but by the insanely awesome power of the interwebs. Big publishers didn't seem to care in recent years, but the ridiculous growth of standout games from a one-man operation (not just Minecraft) have started to mean a whole lot more…than ever before. What this means to you, is better games. I say bring it on!

        • +1

Big publishers innovate too; Assassin's Creed 2 was almost a perfect sequel. Additions, no subtractions, the whole game changed for the better. Then they haven't changed anything since that point.

My question is WHY!? At the risk of dirtying your franchises name you don't change anything? Guess what, self-fulfilling prophecizers: Releasing a game which is just the last one copy-pasted IS dirtying the franchises name! >:(

        • @FrankMcFuzz: Yes, that's a hard position to be in though…but it's good to see the little guys motivate the big guys to keep innovating too. That's why I think this game: Child Of Light Complete Edition (PlayStation Vita) is as good as it is.

  • +3

Good deal, considering you get the physical copy! It's also worth mentioning that the steam version has recently fallen prey to needing U-Play to play it. Because of that, this is a much better alternative for any PSV owners.

    • +2

Thanks good to know I got the ideal version then I hate Uplay/origin.

  • +1

I'm getting some problem here, code isn't working for me. Using my Android phone (Chrome browser)

    • +1

Sorry about that…let me ask someone for you!

      • I'll try on my PC instead brb

        • Same on my PC, again Chrome browser though.

    • +1

Click estimate shipping before apply the code

      • Oh right, I'm an idiot. Cheers.

        • It seems different for different browsers, don't be too hard on yourself. Everything work out?

        • +1

          @sellingoutsoon: All good

  • +1

Oh damnit, more bargains sucking my wallet dry in bill-o-rama month. Great deal rep.

  • +1

Excellent! Was kicking myself for not buying this from the local JB when it was $24, so this is even better :)

  • +2

Awesome deal rep, well done! You care enough to do your research beforehand which is fantastic.

    • +1

Thanks Watty :) yes we give a damn about getting it right!

      • +1

        I wish it's something I haven't played or bought yet :p

  • +4

ANNOUNCEMENT: We've just had a clever buyer work out a slight anomaly in our checkout, which is in our tech notes for this morning, but I hadn't read them yet, sorry!

If code doesn't work, please try this:

Some browser configurations will require you to:

    1. Click estimate shipping first
    2. Then enter Coupon code

Should be fine after that. Please comment if you've found this works for you?!

  • +5

Hurrah for Vita deals and for a good price! Please do more OP.

    • +1

Haha, yes….I've been like a little dog (more a medium-sized monkey) barking at head office for about 2 months now. In truth they listened straight away, but the deal just wasn't possible…until yesterday!

  • +3

    Works and bought one!

Was trying to figure out if I ever got this before on Steam, or on PS Plus, but it was such a chore checking online that I just went ahead for the DLCs anyway. Pretty sure I don't have a physical copy.

Another game added into the pile of 'will play as soon as I have free time'.

  • +1

    Nice work rep :-)

  • +1

Nice one, picked it up :D

  • +1

    Awesome game!

  • +1

FINALLY A DEAL from you guys!!!! Been waiting for awhile..lol

Was wondering where you guys went xD

Despite already having the digital version i still bought it from you guys cause THIS is the physical ver. (never knew it existed till now)..
    Awesome deal @sellingoutsoon

    Keep it up ;)

  • +2

Does the DLC included require a code? I use a US PSN account, so physical versions of games are fine unless they need a code to also redeem DLC.

    • +2

Yeah the DLC will need you to use a Australian PSN account unfortunately.
Look at picking up a second hand vita cheap. It's what I did and now I get the best of both worlds.
Well until I started buying Japanese/Asian English games that came with day one dlc vouchers…

      • +2

Sony should've made the PS Vita like how the PS3 and PS4 works. Allowing for multiple accounts in 1 device. Then again its sony..lol

        • Yeah they could at any time. They do on their Dev units which run the same hardware as retail almost so it's not a specs issue. They just choose to have a less consumer friendly device like nintendo with their region locking of everything.

    • +1

Yes, what he said — thanks Scaregdearimasu :)

  • +1

Thanks again OP! great deal on an awesome action RPG! Vita games are a rarity these days

  • +1

Great game. One of the best story telling RPG in a while.

  • +1

Always wanted to play this game. Thanks Rep, got one.

  • +2

Thanks OP. Points off for making me use Paypal.

    • You do know checkout allows you to pay by bank deposit?

      • Yeah. It's all good. Just had a bad experience with paypal's data mining operation in the past.

  • +5

Whyyyyyyy did I buy this from jb hifi T_T oh the pain of knowing I've missed out on a cheaper deal!!

  • +1

This is great. It is so hard to find decently priced Vita games, especially physical copies.

  • +2

was just thinking of you last night "how come you gone silent"

    • We're back! (and thanks for thinking of us!) Seriously though, share our deals everywhere, because the traction that gains allows us to get you better deals. It may not be completely simplistic, but there is real power in social networking…so go for it!

  • Can anyone tell me if this will play on my son's Playstation 4. I would like to buy it for him but don't know much about gaming. Thanks.

    • +3

No, This is for a PS Vita. It wouldn't work on a PS4

    • +1

      No, it will not.

  • -1

Thanks guys. Is PS Vita a model up from PS4?

    • +2

Also no. PS Vita is a handheld console (like how Gameboys work, basically a portable gaming device by Sony which has a screen of it's own and acts as a STANDALONE device). PS4 is NOT a handheld console (it's a plug-into-tv-and-sit-at-couch-to-play kind of thing). So they are completely different devices and use completely different forms of media. Vitas uses cartridges, PS4 is disk based. BUT, some digital games (no physical cart or CD) bought on the online PS Store are cross-buy, meaning if you buy it for a Vita you can get it for PS4/PS3 as well. Hope that helped :)

  • +1

Just wanted to say: Great service from this site. I had an issue with the voucher code and they immediately responded to the query, and helped me get it working. This is my second use of the site and I'm just as happy as I was the first time around :)

  • +1

Thanks encipher. That helps a lot, thanks for the info.
As an aside, can anyone tell me how the voting system works on here? I would like to help out by plussing votes to others but don't know the rules etc.

    • What would you like to know? If you like a deal, then up vote it! If you have a legitimate reason to neg the deal then you can do so. Though in the case of this deal/Rep, unless you have found it cheaper or bad experience with the site, then you probably can't. You can vote up in the top left corner though, right next to the start of the deal details.

  • Good question about voting @Luckymoo: Reps are not allowed to ask people for votes, but we do really appreciate your awesome support fellow OzBargainers! Heaps of you seem to love this deal, so please share with your peeps on social media and subscribe to sellingoutsoon on OzBargain, because by doing this you're helping gain the traction necessary for us to keep the deals coming!

  • +1

    thanks got one!

  • +1

    Awesome deal!

  • +1

Great deal - got mine, well my son's that is.

  • +1

    Come on, OP! I just spent $50 on Vita games this week, and you go and do this. D;

    • Haha, it's my job to make it tempting, even for fussy eaters :)

  • +1

    nice game, thanks man

  • +1

Great deal rep! And whoever was on the other end of the chat to me just then was a really nice person, give him/her a banana bonus or something.

    • +1

Hahahaha, hilarious! :D — we do push the monkey theme a bit, bonus bananas, they're gonna laugh when they hear about this! And now I'm hungry…oh, and on a serious note, I'm glad you got great service. We're pretty keen on that type of thing. Cheers.

  • +1

Can anyone confirm if the code is still working?

    • No it's not working anymore =(

      • +1

worked fine for me, only at final checkout though… wouldnt apply coupon at cart

  • +1

Very good price on a great game

  • +1

dont have a PS vita, but thanks OP for all these good deals!

  • Would get but using US PSN and its a massive pain to change to AU PSN, if only DLC wasn't locked…

  • +1

    Got one.

I think download codes are a lot cheaper (half this?), but I'm cool with this price for a physical copy too.

PS: I'd been asking for Vita games. Pretty happy! :)

    • +1

I'm the same. I kinda like physical copies. Though digital does have its conveniences.

Just bought one now. Heard good things about this game. Glad I caught this.

  • +1

Have this game on PS4 CE and its Fanstastic!!!!!

  • -1

I would buy this, if I was into 2D games, but I'm not, soz. I'm not into turn based either, so this is a double no no for me, it's like wtfbbq. But I can tell it's a great game, makes me wish I liked wtfbbq or 2D turn based.

  • +1

awwwwwweesome!!! just got 1 for myself, transaction was easy as! now, the hardest part is to look for my Vita, the charger of that Vita, and possibly a new memory card for it as well..hopefully by that time it will be found before the game arrives at the mailbox..THANKS OP! ps: the code is working still.

  • +1

killing it guys. absolutely killing it.

  • Thanks to you, fellow OzBargainers :) we nearly hit 100 votes on this deal!

Warehouse Update: picking run designated, shipping slightly ahead of schedule. Expecting to exceed the allocated times stipulated in deal, to most locations

Do share, and let your friends know about this deal (if they haven't bought it already) because there is a small amount of stock left and we'd love it to go to OzBargainers :)

  • Just brought the game and the coupon code still works!

    • Mine order has been changed to awaiting fulfillment, guess I still came in late.

      When will there be stock?

      • +1

Actually, deal is still on and there is (very low) stock. If you read it carefully (in full) the deal says offer extended (it hasn't expired). Fulfillment time (and everything else) is exactly as stipulated: you'll see that we go to great lengths to maintain accuracy, in the interest of serving buyers better. All changes will be reflected in the deal. It is important to read all if it, because otherwise you may ask something that has already been covered.

        • +1

I… think it was just a confusion over what "awaiting fulfillment" actually meant. Some stores seem to imply that they don't currently have it in stock and will fulfill the order when they do next. Nothing to do with your deal wording.. :)

        • +1

Its just a confusion over the wording "awaiting fullfilment" like happychild100 posted below, thanks for the reply.

  • i've already had Child Of Light on PS3/PS4….. but it would be nice to play it on the go as well…..
    hmmmm….. should i? or should i not….?

anyone else here also already have home console version but still getting this Vita version?

    • +1

I've got both vita version (this physical and digital) =P

If you like the game and want to play it on the go, go for it. Can't go wrong for this price with DLC + Physical :)

  • +1

Love a deal. Get 1 for my self!!!

  • +2

    Received mine today Thanks rep!
Now to the bottom of the pile of shame you go. (unplayed games pile)

  • +1

received mine too OP! its an awesome game for my vita! mine came with a 'smiley' on the packaging! haha. sent with heart.

  • Received mine yesterday!
