If you want an alarm that will wake you up at the shallow part of your sleep cycle (when you are most ready to wake up) then this app is currently available for only 20c on the Play Store.

Be aware that they want extra money if you want to export your sleep data (but are you that bothered?)

  Currently got SleepBot (which is/was free). Any reason I should move over to Sleep Cycle?

    Not sure (personally I wear a smartwatch) but this review seems to cover it; says smart snooze is good.

      also says

      SleepBot chooses the best time to wake you within a 30-minute window, so set the alarm for 7am and it could wake you as early as 6.30am. Sleep Cycle lets you set a window of 10 to 90 minutes.

  Sleep as Android is my preferred option on Android (previously used SleepBot, which is quite good too), but I use this one on iOS.
