Tasting Notes
The grapes for this wine were grown in South Eastern Australia - our country's vast viticultural "super zone". It’s a particularly approachable Shiraz with pleasant aromas of plum and spice wafting from the glass. A well-balanced drop full of lifted berry flavours and fine smooth tannins.     Mine was fizzy too. I do not like the fizz. I've opened three bottles, all fizzy. Very fizzy! I can see the fizz jumping around at the surface of the liquid. I wasn't expecting greatness, but they did describe this as 'easy drinking'. I can't drink this.
