How much money do you want to stop looking for bargains?

Not that I have any to give but how much money do you think is enough to have in your bank in order
to convince you to stop looking for deals/offers on sites like our Ozbargain ????

I mean everyone wants a 100 million but realistically speaking ?

    It doesn't matter how much you have.

    It's the fact that you shouldn't pay more than you have to, you should look for a bargain always.

    A lot of people like the thrill of finding and grabbing a bargain. It's like hunting, for our modern society.

    OzBargain is not about being a cheapskate, it's about being a smart consumer.

    Value is important to even wealthy people, except for the people who born into wealthy families or inherited a great deal of money and never experienced what it was like to be far less wealthy (they do not know the value of money, and will happily spend >$500k on fancy cars that deprecate in the blink of an eye).

    I seek out value on principal, not because I am poor.

    Also seeking out value has the side effect of finding high quality products. When you're looking for cheap alternatives, you will encounter many cheap clones and shoddily designed alternatives, but once you find the highest quality product at an affordable price, it helps you understand what kind of companies produce good products, and what kind of advertising campaigns are used to compensate for horrible quality.
    (Generally speaking, the more advertising you're subject to, the higher the likelihood that the product is a bad value proposition.)

    If I had millions, I would open an online shop and sell stuff for a bargain, so I can create funky coupon codes that end in ARSE.

    I feel that for most people here, there's a high degree of satisfaction in scoring a bargain, and no amount of money will ever take that away.

    If I was stinking rich, I'd care approximately zero about bargains, I'd be too busy travelling the world, living it up. Life is too short to take it to the grave.
