The VC4SL does 3A x 1, 2A x 2, 1A x4 4. VC4 is an older version.

For a 5000mah battery that is between 2.5A and 5A. I charge anything above 2000mah at 1A. 2A if I am in a hurry.

Telstra has become quite bad recently. It doesn't work inside of shopping centres for me. Lot's of drop outs on the train.
