  • Looks like the Star wars things are only on sale from tomorrow.

It is funny looking at the catalogue with blue pages for boys and pink pages for girls, it reminds me the decision target made to try to remove gendered color items and shelves.

Also $200 for a trampoline is pretty good, just not sure about the quality at that price. Anyone got one of these before and can comment ?

  • It seems the newer star wars sets are not on sale though. Sale says it started yesterday.

  • any one want to share with me buying 2 of this?

Since when aren't we allowed to organise a joint purchase via comments so that we can take up a bargain together? That is NOT the same thing as private selling.

    • oh, so my comment will be removed lol

      • Shouldn't be. That's what I'm saying. Maybe they just misunderstood my comment??

        • try one more time? make sure you write share not s*ll

        • @erwinsie:

All good. It wasn't included in the sale anyway.

  • Some of the Toys r Us prices are higher than other stores. For example they've got City Police Station $149.95 but at Big W it's only $119. Also, Toys r Us have the Dolphin Cruiser $99.95 vs $88 at Big W.

So if I bought those two sets at Toys r Us it would cost me $200 (with their current deal) and $207 at Big W (normal prices).

So even with their deal, you're not saving a huge amount. Of course, it'll all depend on what sets you want but I've found that the sets I'm interested in, this is not much of a huge saving.
