I have asked the mod to add Winemarket to referrals area.
So on this deal, minus $25 first order, the referrer gets all of nothing. Zip. Zero.
The referral offer is terrible for the referrer.

Nope:
It takes up to 5 business days to get the referral voucher; and
You can't use more than one voucher per order, so it's referral OR free shipping, not both.

Free delivery applies to existing customers. New customers can still take advantage of free delivery but as you say would then have to use the voucher on a second purchase.

Proof? Not heard of any issues on the Haliday mix, and I got one no problems.
I have never had any problems with WineMarket.
Fine print "Please Note: If one of the wines listed above becomes unavailable we’ll replace it with the new vintage or a similar bottle of equal or greater value. "
That's usual on their mixed cases.
