  • why do you have ultimate ear bags… that ain't marketed as a ultimate ear product.

ultimate ear bags? what's that? I don't think I have them. Googled for ear bags, from the picture they look feasible to add to my shop.

      • Google UE4000 - travel bag. You don't even know what you're selling.

        • Oh, that. At least some 'advantage' of putting new items in ozbargain: lots of product experts to teach me things. A friend in uni's computer science lab saw my site, recommended this bag as an addition saying that he used it for years. I asked for his supplier info and got the same stuff. Tried it myself, sturdy. I'll ask supplier about UE4000, he never mentioned it. Do you think I should take it down for now?

  • Edit: Got an error: 'An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.'

    • Rep?

      • Terribly sorry - I make all price a whole number, thinking it is easier for visitors, but 25% discount doesn't result whole numbers and jamed your order. Now I make every price to cents and it works for my side:) Thank you so much for speaking out!

Working on it, thanks for letting me know

LMAO the title got changed. Someone understands trolling xD

  • Hi rep, I ordered some things a few mins ago and got the errors on checkout but I think payment went through OK. Are you able to check it's OK for me? Cheers.

    • It went through:) The message after payment made is a false alarm - I'll fix it. - I just fixed it:)

Great concept, good to see you went ahead with it since your last post in May.

    • Thank you so much for remembering me. Do you like me to move towards a gift shop with cards and delightful little things or a variety store for (smallish-goods)? The shop is so new that I am still wondering where is my place.

  • Awesome. Worked perfectly for me. Cheers enveloped!

  • I still think you could also start selling on ebay to generate traffic to your site, sure they have fees but just set your prices slightly higher.

most of the hard work is already done

    • Thank you. Yes I did sell a selection of them on ebay too - stock move slowly, guess I didn't manage all the ebay selling techniques. But what do you mean "to generate traffic to my site"? Do I just put a link in ebay's product description?

So much to learn and so little time! :)

  • I'm not sure on the exact listing rules about links with ebay, but I've seen other sellers promoting their non ebay online stores in product descriptions.

It's abit harder since your products are all so diverse, so an ebay buyer may not be seeking anything else, it's easier if it was focused on a specific niche like collectible trading cards.

Still for the minimal cost of a store subscription (from $20/m) the amount of eyeballs directed to your products are well worth it.

    • That's a very specific suggestion! I'll certainly try that! Thank you!

Many people told me that my original variety-store idea probably won't work (it seems true), that I should specialize in something. I am trying to move towards something special, so I figure "something special" means gifts:)

For gifts around $20 and fits an envelop. First step is to redesign the frontpage to mention gifts (and a title photo of myself looking relaxed on the lawn), which is done; the next step is to design a 'gift selector' for those time poor: select gender, age, hobbie and you get a list of lovely gifts. For lovely gifts I am looking from cards to herbs/tea and small gudgets. I hope this move will work:)

  • Delivered

  • I was a little disappointed in the free gift I received. It wasn't exactly like the one in the picture. It was the "Foldable wall moble phone charging holder" and it didn't extend as far from the wall as the one pictured. Never mind, it was free after all! :) I loved the card holder I got though and just went back and bought another one for my mum. No discount this time though, since the code has expired, but the code for the free gifts is still valid, so I chose a bitcoin (0.001 of BTC) this time. I've always wondered about bitcoins, so maybe this will be the start of a interesting journey!

    • Thaks for commenting on my website too! Free gift isn't part of the NEWARRIVAL campaign so it's only limited by stock without expiration. The bitcoin card allows you to transfer 0.001 BTC to a Bitcoin wallet. It is designed to encourage people to try out their first bitcoin wallet:) New user often ask what wallet to choose. I would simply search for bitcoin wallet and choose the No.1 on the list:) My wallet is electrum because the year I had my first bitcoin electrum was the most popular one.

      • I chose CoinJar as it was in Australia. Thanks for the service!
